PAKATAN SLIM CHANCE OR NO CHANCE AT ALL?

Absorb this til the next 5 years

It is clearly stated that in Article 118 of  Federal Constitution that no election to the Dewan Rakyat or State Assembly shall be called in question except by way of an election petition to be entered into the High Court having jurisdiction where the election was held. This is has been confirmed by constitutional law expert Syahredzan Johan.

Therefore, Pakatan Rakyat's (PR) bid to ask the High Court to nullify the results of the 13th general election may not succeed, with one calling it a long shot and another describing it as a last resort by the opposition pact to gain power.

In investment, a long short equity hedge fund is usually considered to be higher risk. Thats investment but are opposition allies risking their morale to their supporters over recent General Election dispute?

Further, according to Syahredzan Johan, the application's success or failure depends entirely on how the courts would view it, as the means to challenge election results are clearly laid down in Article 118 of the Federal Constitution that requires an election petition and this would require petitions in every constituency.
Election petition in every constituency?

Another risk! Pakatan is challenging the entire election and not individual seats. Would Teresa Kok, Seng Giaw, Kit Siang, Guan Eng, Anwar, Rafizi who claimed to win by popular votes and now they would declare its a default and lodge petition against their victory? Only fools would even think about it.

Pay attention to this... Syahredzan Johan said that if he was acting for the Election Commission, he would argue that the opposition MPs accepted the election results when they took their oath as MPs. Not only that, Anwar has agreed to be Head of Opposition and if we may recall... despite their calling off to sabotage, did any oppostion MPs failed to appear during the Dewan Swear In session? No!

All the 222 MPs must be sworn in on the first day of the first session of the 13th Parliament on June 24 or they will be prohibited from attending the Dewan Rakyat sittings and become "strangers of the House", Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia said. - NST

Therefore, all rushed in... and all by moral, technical and constitution accepted GE13 result and this is why Pakatan's effort to bid it as null n void... A WASTE OF BREATH!

And until the next 5 years, Pakatan will be biting their nails once again when BN lead by DS Najib rule Malaysia for a fact.

They are still the CHAMPION

This move reeks of desperation and hypocrisy.

Which is probably Anwar's state right now.
