ISU FLORENCE GOH : MCA BUKTIKAN SATU DARI BERIBU KES KEJAHATAN FITNAH RAFIZI

Walaupun Rafizi telah memohon maaf secara terbuka kerana menuduh Florence Goh terlibat dalam firma yang membuat kerja-kerja melobi di Amerika untuk Putrajaya, namun ia bukan satu penyesalan ke atas kesalahan nyatanya tetapi lebih untuk mengelak dari diambil tindakan undang-undang dari pihak yang teraniaya.

Florence Goh adalah mangsa terkini Rafizi dan pasukan 'think-tank' PKR dari Invoke. Ironinya, mereka tidak langsung memberi sebarang respon setelah cuba dihubungi sendiri oleh Florence melalui panggilan telefon dan email, tetapi sekadar membuat permohonan maaf sahaja setelah Florence membuat pendedahan terbuka melalui satu kenyataan media bersama-sama MCA yang diketuai Datuk Wee Ka Siong, Timbalan Presiden MCA.

Apa muslihat Rafizi dan Invokenya mengelak daripada dihubungi Florence secara terus sedangkan dia juga yang mencabar agar Florence tampil ke hadapan dan membuat penjelasan? Sedangkan individu yang dituduh Rafizi tidak ada kena mengena langsung tetapi dipaksa untuk membuat penjelasan dan membuktikan dirinya tidak bersalah.

Penjelasan juga diperlukan dari Rafizi dan Invoke kerana mendedahkan maklumat peribadi seseorang serta maklumat perniagaannya kepada umum dan apakah hak mereka untuk berbuat demikian? Namun, apa yang telah didedahkan adalah palsu di mana individu yang bernama Florence Goh bukanlah orang yang seperti dikaitkan Rafizi dan Invoke.

Florence telah dihubungi MalaysiaKini untuk mendapatkan pengesahan tuduhan Rafizi dan Invoke. Segalanya mengenai Florence seperti nama penuhnya dan nama syarikatnya telah didedahkan sewenang-wenangnya oleh mereka. Bukankah ini satu penganiyaan apabila Florence yang tidak bersalah dikaitkan dengan tuduhan yang beliau tidak langsung terlibat dan tidak pun mengenali ahli-ahli politik UMNO yang dinamakan Ahli Parlimen Johor Bahru Tan Sri Shahrir Samad dan Ahli Parlimen Pulai Dato Nur Jazlan?

Rafizi dan Invoke telah tersalah menamakan Florence Goh di alamat Jalan Air Molek 2/3 sedangkan menurut maklumat ROC, CRT Insight Technologies berada di Jalan Air Molek 2/1. Walaupun ia tersalah tulis, Rafizi dan Invoke telah mendedahkan maklumat peribadi Florence Goh kepada umum tanpa kebenarannya.

Oleh kerana Rafizi dan Invoke gagal menjawab dan enggan respon kesemua usaha Florence melalui Facebook Messenger dan SMS, maka Florence tidak diberi pilihan lain melainkan meminta pertolongan dari MCA melalui Datuk Wee Ka Siong melalui SAME.

Pokoknya kini, bukan sekadar Rafizi memohon maaf kerana ingin mengelak dirinya daripada disaman Florence tetapi jika beliau seorang ahli politik pembangkang dan kumpulan 'think-tank'nya Invoke mengamalkan ketelusan dan rasa tanggungjawab, mereka seharusnya juga perlu menjelaskan kepada rakyat kesilapan yang dilakukan dan justeru membersihkan nama Florence Goh.

Apakah tidak jelas, Rafizi dan Invoke sedang menipu rakyat dengan tuduhan-tuduhan palsunya? Apakah perlu dibiarakan mereka terus-terusan menghasut rakyat dengan pelbagai tuduhan palsu? Perlu diingat lagi, PKR ada rekod kalah dengan saman beratus juta di mahkamah kerana menyebar fitnah ke atas Felda, pemimpinnya Nurul Izzah pun pernah diarah mahkamah untuk memohon maaf kepada calon BN ketika PRU13 lalu.

Hanya satu saja yang layak dikatakan PKR ini, mereka sememangnya adalah gudang fitnah dan pembohongan!

DAP VOWED TO BE CLEAN BUT …

In his Thaipusam message, Kit Siang called upon everyone to stay clear of political culture based on hatred, manipulation and intimidation in their campaigns for the next general election but the question is if Kit Siang and DAP are able to do so?Unknowingly, Kit Siang has admitted that DAP has had at all times resorted to these dirty tactics to gain votes and in particular the Chinese.

Such political culture of hatred, lies and incitement which is often adopted by DAP to knock down their opponents from Barisan Nasional component parties, they are in fact have triggered racism to destruct the country’s social harmony since before our independence.

When history never lies with the root to May 13, 1969 racial riot bloodshed tragedy, DAP and Kit Siang involvement are never doubted.

Even as DAP has joined forces with PPBM, but racial provocation still continues. This is evident in their views and statements in Prime Minister DS Najib visit to the Republic of China, who has led to the successful financing of investment projects in Malaysia.

DAP and PPBM are strongly criticising and associating it with their politics of hate and racism that they accused the present government’s efforts of selling the country.

This is just one example to demonstrate that Pakatan Harapan is the real cause of racism and the nation’s racial harmony uprooters.

In their desperate moves for Kit Siang and DAP to purify their image, they were unable to do so when within 48 hours of their call, DAP was back to their old habits that are dear to them over the years to resort to politics of hate and incitement.

A modified poster by adding PAS logo in Barisan Nasional’s ‘Ceramah Rakyat’ in Seberang Jaya Penang was distributed to the locals and appeared in the social media too. Their attempts to malign BN leaders who are supposedly in the same stage with PAS and thus aimed to portray that they are now political allies.

The fact is, even though DAP had earlier severed their political ties with PAS, they are obviously working hand in hand in Selangor nor they are earnest to get rid of the 3 PAS exco in the state administration. To cover up their failures in Pakatan Harapan, DAP had attacked BN with wild accusations and lies.

Make no mistake that DAP would not be able to change their old habits as they are already established and deep-rooted. Any apologies, pledges or promises not to repeat their political demagoguery, insults, hatred and racism are just mere lies to deceive us.

Supposedly in their sympathy plight to voters that DAP will give their utmost priority to integrity, truth-seeking, peace and harmony are a fake bid where it is just a skilful dirty trick them in concealing their racism images.

There is no other way to end DAP’s dirty politics but the rakyat ought to refrain from voting Pakatan Harapan. If they are given continued support, requiring the country’s political moderation in all aspects, especially when it comes to unity, will continue to fail.

Although anyone among the DAP leaders who wishes to repent, it will just be lip services for their hidden agendas will be full of false promises.

PAKATAN’S PM CANDIDATE SCRAMBLING, NEVER AN ENDING STORY

Who is Pakatan’s PM candidate? It seems apparent not conclusive yet! Hence someone is out of touch with Pakatan Harapan’s reality.

Despite during the recent PKR Congress 2017 held when all opposition leaders who are in cooperation with PKR (DAP and PAN) were holding the placards written that Anwar Ibrahim as their candidate, strangely enough, Dr Mahathir and Muhyiddin Yassin, who were seated among them seems reluctant to agree.

To many, PKR attempt is to ‘lock’ their motion for Anwar Ibrahim to be PH’s prime minister and left everyone with no other choice. But to the eyes of the people, it is still a never ending story in which their raging scuffles are intact and ongoing.

Perhaps Dr Mahathir was kept alert of Dr Wan Azizah and her supporters in staging the placards at the beginning of the Congress. Hence, he has made his stance clear just a few days before the Congress that it should be not a choice determined by PKR but a consensus by all PH members.

Dr Mahathir went to the extend to remind PH members to strive to uphold the rule of law when Anwar is still serving his prison sentence. This sounds quite resolute from the youngest and the weakest party leader but will the elder brothers in Pakatan Harapan adhere to his call?

Will he be left alone for disagreeing with PKR’s and DAP’s insistence to have Anwar as their sole PM candidate?

Even so, there is loud discontent within PPBM for PKR’s move to plot against Dr Mahathir and Muhyiddin. This was made obvious when PPBM’s Youth Chief begin to question PKR’s sincerity in their collaboration in Pakatan Harapan.

Mukhriz on the other hand prefers Wan Azizah’s name to be on the placard rather than Anwar. He who was reached in the secret agreement between his father and Kit Siang for the Prime Minister position was only placed as Miti Minister in PKR’s shadow cabinet list. But who is Mukhriz to say no when he is not even a President to any political party?

Is Mukhriz really disappointed with PKR’s gimmick not to appear their President as PH’s prime minister or was he furious that his daddy’s secret deal will not be honoured by DAP? But it was enough for Mukhriz and his daddy Dr Mahathir to be jumpy and get flustered.

So much so, Dr Mahathir who was appointed as the advisor in PH is not adopted by DAP and PKR and it seems that he is just a mere puppet to “Screw” the Malay votes in GE14.

In the case to select a candidate as Prime Minister, by right Mukhriz should not condemn PKR but DAP. Unfortunately, he was too afraid to do so as he may realise that DAP remains the decision maker when they hold the majority vote instead of PKR in Pakatan Harapan. It is also rumoured that Mukhriz might contest in Selangor with DAP flag should anything happens to PPBM.

Mukhriz and his daddy Dr Mahathir should no longer daydream and ought to start to put their feet on the ground as soon as DAP did not appoint PPBM to lead Kedah for GE14 but instead, PAN is chosen. With just about 6,000 members in Kedah and probably the numbers may decrease due to their internal upheaval, DAP place no confidence that PPBM could be a better choice for Kedah.

What happened during PKR congress was in fact the true colours from PKR and DAP to indicate their intentions. They are well aware of Dr Mahathir’s personal agenda to have Mukhriz as their Prime Minister. It is now obvious that they do not buy Dr Mahathir’s drama with just establishing a new party and collaborating with them in Pakatan Harapan, later forgiving Kit Siang as a racist, signing the Free Anwar Campaign. Those attempts do not give the green light to kowtow to Dr Mahathir’s dictation.

It is only left with Mukhriz and Dr Mahathir who are still not realistic and the Pakatan Harapan’s Prime Minister candidacy scrambling shall never be an ending story and perhaps it will be even worse.

DO NOT SHED ANY CROCODILE TEARS FOR PROTON, WE KNOW YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE

As expected, Dr Mahathir will continue to make allegations claiming that when Proton is sold to China, it is no more Malaysia’s. Without any delay, again he wrote in his recent blog post that he is willing to weep for the loss of the Proton whom he regarded it as his son.In fact, Proton is not bygone but still remains belonged to Malaysia and a Malaysian businessman. Nevertheless, Dr Mahathir has lost to Proton. Oddly when Perwaja that is also considered as the brainchild of Dr Mahathir, was gone, he did not weep and felt sad about it. Does Dr Mahathir aim Proton to face the same fate as Perwaja?

Proton shares purchase is just another business strategy and nothing concerning with the question of sovereignty. Mahathir’s accusations are utter rubbish since the company that owns Proton DRB-Hicom Berhad (DRB-Hicom) has only sold their 49.9 percent stake whereas DRB-Hicom still holds a majority stake of 51.1 percent. With that, DRB-Hicom still remains as the majority of Malaysia’s owned company.

Further, Mahathir accused that when the government is selling state assets such as Proton to a foreign country, it is meant to resolve debts. It is as if Dr Mahathir is conveniently ignorant of Proton’s ailing financial status even to run its own operations. Instead, the share purchase by Geely as a strategic partnership could bring better future for Proton and their employees too.

It is not just Proton, but on August 2, 2010, Geely has bought a stake in the Swedish company, Volvo for USD$1.3 billion of Ford Motor. As a result, Volvo car sales increased up to 27% in the next year. Volvo factory is still in Sweden and Belgium. Neither any from the opposition block in Sweden raised the question of the share purchased by Geely to the loss of the country’s sovereignty.

Geely too bought The London Taxi Company in the United Kingdom for £ 4.11 in 2012. Were there from their opposition bloc in the United Kingdom claimed that Geely’s purchase is akin to selling their national sovereignty? No! It is only the opposition pact in Malaysia called Pakatan Harapan that will accuse the government of casting off the country’s sovereignty to Geely when Proton shares sold.

Malaysians already knew that from 1985 to 2000, Proton produced their vehicles that are mostly based on the design of vehicles and spare parts including engines from Mitsubishi of Japan. Proton has teamed up with Mitsubishi Motors between 1983 and 1984 for the production of Malaysia’s first car.

So much so that even as Dr Mahathir drove Proton’s first car on the Penang Bridge, it was not entirely the work of Proton and locals. It was a strategic partnership between Japanese companies with Malaysia’s. During those years, why did Dr Mahathir compromised the sovereignty of Malaysia to Japan?

Proton today is a business entity under the control of a local tycoon Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary. The business decision is done by Syed Mokhtar who will in any way allows Proton to drag into losses and Dr Mahathir’s drama. Geely is just a strategic partner yet Proton remains intact.

Proton will not be compensated for selling part of its stake in the company to a potential partner from China, in fact, Proton will be more successful in the car manufacturing industry.

From wasting his grief and crocodile tears, it is best if Dr Mahathir weeps or show his deep concerns for the Malays who are oppressed by DAP in Penang when they have lost more than 20 Malay villages on the island. In fact, Dr Mahathir should fiercely condemn DAP for allowing the government under Lim Guan Eng to borrow unlimited money from China under the approval of the States Loan (Banks and Other Financial Resources) in 2017. Why is the silence about it?

Geely’s purchase of shares is purely business and it does not affect our sovereignty. Do not be fooled by the crocodile tears from that gimmicky old man and as we know, the drama is an anxiety that he can no longer be arbitrarily interfering in Proton affairs for his cronies luxuries.
