School holidays are back again and KL has always been one of the major tourist centre and shopping heaven for locals as well as foreigners.
Tour around KL? This is quite costly to most people since the best route to tour KL is by taxi. Look, we can't stop KL taxi drivers from acting unethically and illegally. The city doesn't seem to care about taxi extortion.
Here's a suggestion. There's this convenient free city bus initiaed by SPAD.
Here's a suggestion. There's this convenient free city bus initiaed by SPAD.
The
latest initiative by the government to resolve Kuala Lumpur’s transport woes is
a most welcome venture undertaken by the Land Public Transport Commission
(SPAD).
This
new free intracity bus service is called Go-KL City Bus, and its salient
features are that it’s free, disabled friendly, wifi enabled, has security
cameras installed both onboard and facing outwards, has GPS, and will have
undercover enforcement officers riding along with normal passengers to ensure
no untoward incidents.

Don't be so lazy. Go out and do some research on riding these forms of transportation. Not only do you get to avoid taxis, you will also experience some local culture.
Since SPAD has introduced the Go-KL City bus service, not
just because it is free but now you can move around
downtown KL by bus, without waiting more than 10 minutes for a bus. Isnt that convenient?
Enjoy your holidays in KL.... and thank you SPAD for such initiatives!
